HOW IT WORKS
Contact us if you're interested in a litter we would love to get the process started for you! We recommend any future puppy owners research the breed and prepare for this new adventure and commitment. Doodles requires regular exercise so we discourage crating for long periods of time.
DEPOSITS
We place everyone on our list in order of deposits received. Deposits are $300 and will go towards the final purchase price of your puppy. Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable to future litters. While we cannot guarantee we will have the specific gender, color, or coat type of your choice from your desired litter, we can guarantee that you will get a healthy and happy new family member! You are more than welcome to skip a litter and wait for the perfect puppy. By placing your deposit with us we assume you agree to these terms. Puppies are chosen in order of deposit around 6 weeks of age when their personalities are shining. We retain the right to first pick out of any litter.
FINAL PAYMENT
For local families, final payment is due upon pickup of puppy. For families having their puppy flown to them, final payment and all shipping fees are due 7 days before the scheduled day of delivery. If for any reason we haven't received the final payment this day, your chosen puppy and spot in line will be lost. Your puppy will be considered yours once your Deposit and Final Payment are received.
PUPPY SELECTION
We will hold Puppy Pick Day on a Saturday when puppies are 6-7 weeks old. You are welcome to stop by and visit the puppies to get to know their personalities a little better. For our out of state families we can schedule a video chat. We will provide weekly photo updates as the puppies grow and post videos with personality descriptions leading up to our open house. We will schedule a time for everyone to place their puppy choice this day in order of deposits. We encourage you to not get too attached to a specific puppy until it is your turn to choose. Puppies will be able to leave at 8 weeks of age.

REFUNDS
Deposits are non-refundable, please only place a deposit if you are certain you will be ready for a new puppy. After the puppy has left our care, the new family has 3 days to take the puppy in to see a vet for a physical examination. If the puppy were to be found in ill health with any life-threatening disease, the cause of which we as breeders were to blame, only then can the puppy be returned for a full refund. Shipping fees, if any, would not be refunded.
DELIVERY
We can arrange to hand-deliver your puppy to an airport near you! Your puppy will fly as carry-on with a flight nanny in the comfort and protection of the airplane cabin. We are happy to provide referrals for a flight nanny.
You are welcome and encouraged to fly in and take your puppy home as a carry-on to start bonding with your puppy. We can meet you at the SLC international airport.
Local families and those who wish to drive to pick up their puppy are welcome on scheduled puppy pick-up dates!
HEALTH GUARANTEE
We stand behind each puppy we sell, and each one will come with a 1 Year Genetic Health Guarantee! We guarantee your puppy to be free from any life-threatening congenital defect or we will replace your puppy free of charge.
VISITORS
Please contact us if you'd like to schedule a time to visit the puppies. Puppies are ready for visitors around 6 wks of age. Before visiting, please avoid going to pet stores, animal shelters, dog parks, or any other high traffic areas where other animals frequent. We ask that you remove shoes and sanitize your hands before interacting with the puppies to avoid the spread of disease like the common, but lethal Canine Parvovirus.
BOARDING
We want you to have a smooth transition adding a puppy to your life and can arrange to board your pup for an agreed amount of time after your puppy is 8 weeks. There is a $100/week boarding fee for every week after the puppies are available to be picked up or shipped, starting on the first day. This covers the cost of food, care and boarding at our home.

RETURNS
Occasionally, circumstances change or a puppy does not work out in his or her new home for various reasons. In these situations we are more than happy to assist with the rehoming process. We do not offer refunds past the 3 day mark after the puppy has gone to their new home and exchanges can only be made within our 1 Year Genetic Health Guarantee window if your puppy was found to have a genetic defect.

Each puppy will be sold on a strict spay/neuter contract.
